Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in.
Handle guests enquiries.
Resolve basic concerns, escalating more complex issues to the manager.
Facility monitoring & Operations
Maintain cleanliness of location, ensure all areas are guest-ready at all times.
Monitor and clean water features, ensuring proper hygiene, temperature, and presentation.
Report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Assist with minor upkeep tasks as directed.
Oversee towel circulation: distribution, collection, and laundry coordination.
What we're looking for
Friendly, responsible, and eager to create positive energy.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation.
Team player who communicates clearly and respectfully.
Comfortable with basic tech.
Able to perform light physical tasks.
Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
