We are looking for a motivated and independent Customer Service Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for handling bookings, liaising with customers and carriers, and managing documentation for both air and sea logistics.
Responsibilities:
Handle all bookings for air and sea shipments
Liaise with air and sea carriers and customers
Prepare and manage sea documentation, including bookings and BLs
Assist in the Customer Service department and report to Team Manager
Ensure accurate and timely handling of all tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or related industry preferred
Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Passionate about learning and taking on new tasks
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
Good written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
Residing in East Zone (Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Hougang, Sengkang)
