Job Description
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for learning the sales skill-set and the products, assisting the outlet operations and performing the tasks assigned by senior and manager.
:
1. Learn the in-house products knowledge.
2. Assist the senior and manager to receive and collect goods.
3. Update goods received into the system
4. Deliver goods to customers if required
5. Follow general policies established for own retail to adhere with the group.
6. Take decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operations within their defined work area.
