We are looking for
Customer Service Officer
As the Customer Service Officer, we rely on you to:
Greet guests warmly and always provide a high standard of service
Offer accurate information on events, facilities and services
Assist with reservations, ticketing and guest registration as required
Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and concern with professionalism
Liaise with other departments to fulfil guest requests
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and informative at Service Counter
Support daily administrative tasks such as logging guest interactions, preparing materials and updating service information
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing role
Strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travelers, as our attraction is an international destination
Willing to work shift
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
