Accurately inputting information into databases and spreadsheets.
Receiving and sorting incoming Order .
Issuing Credit / Debit Note .
Liaise with various team to fulfil customer's order when needed .
Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries .
Providing Timely Update of price list to existing clients .
Filling / Sorting Supplier Invoice in running number .
Other Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers .
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
At least 1 year or above related working experience in administrative duties .
Good communication and inter-personal skills .
6-days per week.
Willing to work Nightshift .
