Job Description



Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team Process and follow up on customer orders accurately and promptly Coordinate with drivers and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods Deliver excellent customer service by applying product knowledge and handling customer enquiries effectively

Qualifications & Requirements



Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or NITEC qualification Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and a team player * Able to work independently with attention to detail
