TK TrichoKare is a leading holistic hair and scalp care centre that provides European botanical and herbal hair remedies, catering to all Asian hair conditions with proven track results.

Location: Clementi Mall

5-day work week

Retail Hours

Singaporeans & PRs only

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties Greet customers and answer all customers' enquiries Responsible for scheduling appointment calendar Call and send SMS reminders to customers to confirm their appointment Generating and compiling of daily sales reports Perform outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Good interpersonal and communication skills Passion for customer service Excellent telephone etiquette Preferably with experience. No Experience are welcome as training will be provided. * Able to work retail hours, and on weekends & public holidays
