Responsibilities



Handle incoming calls and assist customers with appointment bookings. Maintain accurate records of customers' treatment services, product purchases, and preferences. Provide after-sales support and promptly address customer inquiries. Assist in managing customer feedback and resolving complaints effectively. Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. * Support the team with ad hoc duties as assigned.
