Provide quality customer service to potential/current customers, students, parents and guardians.
Ensure the satisfaction of customer needs in the best possible way.
Respond to customers in person or through the telephone and emails
Ensure proper student registration process and management.
Collect registration, tuition fees and update student account.
Maintain stock of books and uniforms on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
