Customer Service Officer

to join our team.





What You'll Do



? Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.


? Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.


? Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.


? Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.


? Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.


? Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.





What We're Looking For



? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.


? Prior experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry is an advantage.


? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


? Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.


? Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends), 5 days per week.
