Answer internal enquiries and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately;
Process sales order and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on-time;
Monitor online orders and work with sales team to ensure customer order needs are met;
Maintain an on-time & accurate customer master data maintenance;
Assist logistics and supply chain services to assure customer satisfaction.
Measure customer service performance and assist manager in ensuring KPI are met.
Collect market feedback and report it to manager on timely basis
Requirements
Minimally a Diploma Holder in any field.
2-3 years of experience in telesales/call centre/data entry/managing customers enquires.
Excellent communication (both written & oral) in English.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Flexible and proactive attitude.
