Job Description

Basic information:

Monday - Sunday, 8.30am - 6pm, 5 day work week Basic UP $2600 AWS provided West area (Company transport at Lakeside MRT)

Job Scope:

Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly via phone, email, and chat. Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery in line with company SOPs. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Resolve product, delivery, or service issues while maintaining customer satisfaction. Record and update customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to address customer needs. Gather and document customer feedback for service and product improvement. Identify recurring issues and collaborate with teams to improve processes. Build lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.

Additional Information:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Proficiency in using CRM software or customer service tools will be an advantage
