Job Highlights



5 days' work week (3 weekdays and 2 weekends) Flexible Working Hours (Shift Hours; Average 38 hours per week) Weekdays: Between 11:00am to 10:00pm and weekends: Between 8:30am to 8:00pm (Depending on allocated centres) Required to arrive 15 minutes earlier before the scheduled working time. Annual Leave (Begin with 14 days, additional 1 day every year, capped at 17 days) Variable Bonuses (Performance Bonus, Incentives) Comprehensive Training Program tailored to enhance skill set (Onboard training will be provided) Career Progression Opportunities (to Centre Manager)

Responsibilities



Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters. Provide professional service and advice to achieve customer satisfaction. Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service-oriented attitude. Actively promote the organisation's programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner. Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses. Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention. Handle customers enquiries, enrollment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing. Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers. Assist Centre Manager in other duties. Attend company's meetings when required. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements



Minimum 'N' Level Able to commit on both weekends Professional attitude and appearance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in technology and computer literate with MS Office Self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
