Job Description
- 5 days work including weekends and Public Holidays
- Salary $2,300 to $2,800 + AWS + Bonus
- Hospitality / Tourism field are welcome to apply
- Providing excellent customer service and advising promotions.
- Assisting VIP customers with their enquires and needs
- Support with any events and promotional activities whenever required
- Assist with gift warps, sale of vouchers or card member queries
- Minimum ITE and above.
- Basic Microsoft knowledge is a must.
- Prior customer service / frontline / retail experience is advantageous.
- Possess good communication skills and friendly disposition
- One-year experience in frontline, retail or customer service job /environment is highly preferred
- Willing to work 8hrs, 2 rotating shifts, on weekends and public holidays
