Job Responsibilities:
Attend to incoming phone calls and handle general enquiries.
Welcome customers, manage check-in, and inform Sales Executives of their arrival.
Coordinate and manage the Sales Executive turn-taking system.
Ensure the showroom remains tidy, presentable, and well-organized.
Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of display vehicles.
Serve refreshments to customers and create a welcoming environment.
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk, or customer service staff.
Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Cheerful, proactive, and people-focused with a high level of professionalism.
Proficient in basic MS Office applications and data entry.
Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (replacement off provided).
Willing to support off-site events or showroom activities when required.
