To assist logistics Manager with documentation and shipping arrangements.
Handle LCL/FCL for import/export processing.
Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are comply with import/ export rules and regulation.
Manage daily operations and respond to customer inquiries and requests
Process inquiries and send booking confirmations to customers
Liaise and follow up with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, transporters and warehouses.
- Liaises with shipping company, customs official, Jurong Port authorities, PSA authorities, transport contractors, and customer to ensure on- time delivery - Track shipment status to ensure on- time delivery
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE "O" Level
Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management
- Detail- oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to work in 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday after probation)
Prefer 1-2 years experience in Customer Service Officer (Logistics)
