As a customer service officer, you will fully support the sales team in the sales administration aspect as required. The sales team fronts all direct engagements with the company\xe2\x80\x99s clients and you will often be the main contact point on administrative and follow-up matters. The tasks assigned will develop and cultivate some technical understanding of sales processes and some elements of customer negotiation. While you will be not required to make major negotiation decisions, the company encourages each employee to grow in his or her role and try new role(s) at a comfortable pace.
