Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the vital link between our customers, kitchen team, and delivery partners. You will manage customer interactions from start to finish -- from enquiries and special requests to complaints -- ensuring every customer feels valued. You will also oversee daily delivery planning, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with both front-line customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints across multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.).
Liaise with the kitchen team on product queries, special orders, and dietary requests.
Handle order amendments, cancellations, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Plan and coordinate daily delivery logistics, including liaising with delivery partners to ensure timely, accurate dispatches.
Track and update delivery schedules, proactively addressing potential delays or issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and order notes for follow-up and service consistency.
Provide feedback from customers to the kitchen and management teams to support continuous improvement.
Ensure all communication reflects our brand tone: warm, attentive, and solution-oriented.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or F&B operations preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is a plus).
Proficient in basic office tools (Google Workspace, Excel) and comfortable learning new software (CRM, POS, delivery platforms).
Highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
