Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Sales of travel concession cards at ticket offices
  • Handle top up, refunds and claims
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Any other adhoc duties


Requirements
  • Min GCE \'N\' Level or above
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
