Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Order management to boost daily customer sales.
  • Monitoring and tracking customer orders every day
  • Control system updates and the treatment of credit notes
  • Verify to see if the returned items have been updated in the system.
  • Updating reports on stock inventories.
  • Synchronizing delivery schedules
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Working Location : Tuas
