Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Customer Service Officer

in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as shipping documentation, customer service, and order processing.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of satisfaction Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately using customer's system and WMS Generate, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required Attend to customers' requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Diploma or Higher Nitec in logistics and supply chain management, or equivalent qualifications preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of warehouse management systems software is an advantage Ability to work in a team environment and independent Attention to detail and ability to multitask Knowledge and experience in shipping, logistics, and warehousing operations is an advantage Able to perform overtime when necessary

Other Information

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm; Alternate Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm Lunch subsidies Medical, dental & insurance benefits 2-way company transport provided at Jurong East In-house gym

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
