Customer Service Officer/executive

Job Description

Quote and propose air freight solutions to customers

Coordinate with airlines on rates and bookings

Liaise with customers on export shipment instructions and booking updates

Liaise with vendors eg, DG specialist, fumigation, marine insurance, etc

Prepare job sheets for Operations to follow up

Check shipments status / uplift

Job costing

Resolve problems when they crop up

Requirements:



Preferably at least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics. Fresh diploma/degree graduates are welcomed, we provide training. Self-motivated and possess a positive customer-oriented mind set Strong verbal and communication skills Good team player
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,750.00 per month
