Handle customers\' enquiries via phone calls and walk-ins.
Obtain precise customer information to check for warranty validity, registration, etc.
Assist in special product campaign or promotions.
Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required.
Provide admin support (data entry, filing, scanning, etc.)
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Note:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
On-job training is provided.
