Job Description

What we are looking for:

An enthusiastic, independent, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. passion for beauty, wellness and holistic health and enjoys interacting with people.

Responsibilities:

Conduct sales call professionally to promote our Company's brand, products, treatments, and services to prospective customer through conversations and dialogues.
. Proactively provide after-sales support and attend to customers' queries/

complaints when necessary to maintain a long-term relationship and ensure repeated business from existing customers.

Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure all activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality standards. Any other relevant job duties assigned.

Requirements:

Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
. Preferably have 1 year customer service /telemarketer experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
