Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
- Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Maximizing different Teleperformance and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
- Highschool / SHS /College graduate with or without BPO experience
- Have good English communication skills
- Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Have superb computer skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedule

- Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
