Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
  • Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
  • Maximizing different Teleperformance and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
Qualifications
  • Highschool / SHS /College graduate with or without BPO experience
  • Have good English communication skills
  • Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Have superb computer skills
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
