Address day-to-day customer needs and business inquiries promptly.
Maintain detailed records of all orders and issues.
Provide comprehensive customer service, including handling claims, resolving problems, and assisting with technical and commercial queries.
Manage the entire order lifecycle, from stock control and pricing to delivery follow-up and invoicing.
Coordinate customer transportation from various locations (Korea, Antwerp, or Houston).
Oversee payment and credit control.
Manage office operations.
Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of working experience in order processing functions
Degree in relevant field
