Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Checking emails and social media pages regularly to address customers' complaints
Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through computer systems to identify the status of the issue, and providing an appropriate response to the caller.
Checking off a task in the Planfix system.
Complete the documentation necessary to track customers' issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
Checking the stability of the system from time to time to report any technical issues that occurred during the transaction of the customer.
Making call logs, emails, and Planfix logs for proper documentation purposes.
Following proper phone call process and etiquette
QUALIFICATIONS1. Preferably college graduate of any degree or 2 years associate degree, or at least college level.2. Basic computer literacy.3. Good in oral and written communication.4.
