Job Description

Agent Hiring Profile:

  • Advanced Conversational English Proficiency to communicate effectively (B2 and above for non-native speakers)
  • Experience using a personal computer and ability to multitask, toggle between 6-8 different software applications, take notes and create rapport with customers while resolving issues over the phone to completion
  • Must have previous experience with CRM or ticketing systems
  • High school completion or equivalent completed
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute at 85%+ accuracy
  • Preferred experience in banking, financial institutions or fintech
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php22,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
