Job Description
Agent Hiring Profile:
- Advanced Conversational English Proficiency to communicate effectively (B2 and above for non-native speakers)
- Experience using a personal computer and ability to multitask, toggle between 6-8 different software applications, take notes and create rapport with customers while resolving issues over the phone to completion
- Must have previous experience with CRM or ticketing systems
- High school completion or equivalent completed
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute at 85%+ accuracy
- Preferred experience in banking, financial institutions or fintech
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Senior High School (Preferred)
- English (Required)
