Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in helping the Sales team achieve overall monthly objectives by proactively performing customer service functions such as:
- Order-taking
- Processing of payment
- Handling of complaints
- Listing of bad orders
- Answering telephone calls, inquiries or quotations
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior call center or similar work experience is a plus
- Must be willing to work during Saturday
- Openings in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
- Must have a Laptop or Computer with camera and a stable internet connection for temporary remote work arrangement.
