Job Description
Key responsibilities:Telesales representative plays a crucial role in helping the Sales team achieve overall monthly objectives by proactively performing customer service functions such as:
- Order-taking
- Processing of payment
- Handling of complaints
- Listing of bad orders
- Answering telephone calls, inquiries or quotations
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior call center or similar work experience is a plus
- Work location: Cagayan de Oro
- Must have the necessary equipment (Laptop or Computer with camera and Stable Internet Connection), for a 1-month remote work setup.
