Job Description

Key responsibilities:Telesales representative plays a crucial role in helping the Sales team achieve overall monthly objectives by proactively performing customer service functions such as:

  • Order-taking
  • Processing of payment
  • Handling of complaints
  • Listing of bad orders
  • Answering telephone calls, inquiries or quotations
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Prior call center or similar work experience is a plus
  • Work location: Cagayan de Oro
  • Must have the necessary equipment (Laptop or Computer with camera and Stable Internet Connection), for a 1-month remote work setup.
