Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively work as part of the customer service team.
Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information, support, and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the company’s products / services.
Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products / services sold.
Receive, manage, or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products / services.
Inside sales practice of selling remotely from within office, by scheduled customer calls each day.
Maintain sales statistics and records of sales performance.
Identify areas for improvements where appropriate.
Provide administrative support to produce RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales related documents.
Identify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff.
Maintain client databases via CRM & ERP systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in Inbound & Outbound Calls
Experience in using any CRM, ERP, MS Office
Experience in doing Admin Tasks, Tenders, Quotes, Order Processing, and Escalations
Experience in Internal Sales
Experience in Industrial Sector Experience or Large scales industries
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to adapt to new tools and software
