Minimum Qualifications:

College level preferably an Industrial Engineering graduate or any related course
Minimum of two (2) years actual related work experience in Warehousing operations
Must be proficient in SAP
With good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in fast paced working environment
Willing to work at Ulas, Davao

Job Summary:

Secures all the relevant information to the different shipments coming out of Hubs
Reports all of the above information to all the stakeholders (i.e. Business Units, Stakeholders, Consignee, Sales and SMILSI)
Monitors the actual arrival of the shipments to the consignees and reports the status accordingly;
Prepares the end of day report on the status of the shipment monitored daily until the consignee receives the cargoes;
Responds to the emails requiring his/her attention and action
Complies to Company Rules and Regulations, Processes and Procedures
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
