JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serves customers over the phone by providing product and service information and resolving customer concerns.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Collaborate with customer service process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent both in written and oral communication.
- Able to build a harmonious relationship with customers and clients.
- Preferably with email or chat support experience.
- Highly organized and keen on details.
- Adept in technology.
- BPO experience preferred.
