JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Serves customers over the phone by providing product and service information and resolving customer concerns.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Collaborate with customer service process improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent both in written and oral communication.
  • Able to build a harmonious relationship with customers and clients.
  • Preferably with email or chat support experience.
  • Highly organized and keen on details.
  • Adept in technology.
  • BPO experience preferred.
