Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests, enquiries, complaints and purchase orders
- Ensure orders are accounted for and consolidated for purchasing / production
- Perform inventory, order fulfilment and general admin duties
- Generate delivery orders and schedule delivery & collection
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented, pro-active and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, cope with pressure and tight schedule
- High degree of personal organisation and attention to detail
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
