Job Description
Due to our rapid growth, further areas are being expanded. Therefore we need you - as a Customer Service Representative (Inbound) to support our customer service department.
With your professional expertise you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice.
Your mission
- Reply to customer support tickets from our national and international customers and sales partners
- Working directly with the sales team
- When dealing with individual issues, you will be responsible for finding solutions to customer inquiries in cooperation with colleagues from other departments
- Additional and special tasks within the scope of your daily routine
Your profile
- Ideally, firsthand experience in the areas of customer service & support
- Strong communication skills; having empathy and working in a structured way
- High goals standards, concentrating on providing the best service and value to our customers
- Having both a Team Player mentality as well as being able to work independently
- You have a very good command of spoken and written English - Korean or Japanese as additional languages are preferred
- Proficient working with computers and software programs, specially any support ticket platforms
