Roles and Responsibilities
  • Process orders and book deliveries with customers online
  • Reviewing existing orders and identifying those that have been delayed
  • Communicating delays via email and providing lists to other team members for extensive delays
  • Triaging customer complaints (service and damaged product)
  • Assisting customers to the status of their order
  • Assisting the team with invoice processing
A Successful Candidate Must Have
  • Ability to perform admin tasks and work independently or with a team
  • Willingness to be trained using different platforms
  • Good customer service
  • Problem-solving attitude
Proficient With
  • Outlook
  • Zendesk
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Retail Express
  • Shopify would be a plus
