Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered
Verify order status and submit order to Sales/Purchasing/Logistics Department
Inform Customer Service of changes to order expectations
Establish, maintain, and update files, data, records, and other documents
Investigate and respond to inter-departmental and client inquiries
Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and other expectations
Contribute to growing department's capabilities which may include assisting to build more scalable processes, supporting documentation and/or metric needs, improving quality, etc.
Compose correspondence/reports
Use and maintain discretion handling confidential matters including finance, sales, and operations
Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data
Effective communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills
