Job Description

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered
  • Verify order status and submit order to Sales/Purchasing/Logistics Department
  • Inform Customer Service of changes to order expectations
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, data, records, and other documents
  • Investigate and respond to inter-departmental and client inquiries
  • Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and other expectations
  • Contribute to growing department's capabilities which may include assisting to build more scalable processes, supporting documentation and/or metric needs, improving quality, etc.
  • Compose correspondence/reports
  • Use and maintain discretion handling confidential matters including finance, sales, and operations
  • Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data
  • Effective communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,500.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
