- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Process customer accounts and file documents
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer's data
- Assist customer's concern using different tools
- At least High School Graduate
- One month solid BPO voice international experience
- Willing to work on site ( Quezon City )
- Good Communication Skills
