Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handles inquiries of clients thru calls and emails
  • Provide accurate and timely information and updates to clients on movements of the cargo
  • Create/send DSR to client for monitoring of their shipment
  • To call and verify vessel details to shipping lines, carriers and forwarders and coordinate with the B.U's for proper documentation
  • Create booking thru system for each shipment and record file to folder
  • Other tasks as may be assigned, required, or needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a logistics company or in a shipping line processing shipments
  • 1 to 4 years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Has good written and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Must be keen to details and has good analytical skills
  • Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Paraaaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Freight Forwarding: 2 years (Preferred)
