Responsibilities:

Handles inquiries of clients thru calls and emails
Provide accurate and timely information and updates to clients on movements of the cargo
Create/send DSR to client for monitoring of their shipment
To call and verify vessel details to shipping lines, carriers and forwarders and coordinate with the B.U's for proper documentation
Create booking thru system for each shipment and record file to folder
Other tasks as may be assigned, required, or needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration
At least 2 years of working experience in a logistics company or in a shipping line processing shipments
1 to 4 years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
Has good written and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Must be keen to details and has good analytical skills
Can start ASAP
