Job Description

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Resolving customer inquiries/requests
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications:
  • Open for High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • Good to Excellent Communication Skills
  • Amenable to work on site
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per monthBenefits:
