6 Months Contract Customer Service Representative
- Order Processing via SAP
- Review order quantity and process orders as per forecasted
- Liaise with country CS as well as customers for delivery schedule and or special request
- Process shipment booking as per customer\'s requirement with shipping carriers
- Liaise with warehouse on manufacturing and delivery activities
- Monitor deliveries of export shipment and provide customers as well as warehouse with updates of delay (if any)
- Generate shipping documents as per countries requirement. Share documents to the customers on a timely manner
- Permit declaration
- Assist to raise sample request
- Pricing review
- Liaise with shipping carriers on vessel space booking, equipment availability etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 3 years of experience in order to cash.
- Experience on export permit declaration and letter of credit
- SAP system experience will be an advantage.
