About Our Client


Our Client is a premier global media and entertainment company offering world's most differentiated and complete portfolio of content, brands and franchises across television, film, sports, news, streaming and gaming.


  • Involved in daily operational work to represent client in managing customer enquiries through communication channels (mainly email, chat, social media).
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues reported by customers.
  • Take ownership of escalation, follow-up and resolution of challenging service cases.
  • Consistently achieve a swift and satisfactory resolution of all service cases.
  • Engage customers to develop long-term relationships.
  • Maintain an internal knowledge base and documents for the team to ensure they are always up to date on all aspects of the services.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing customer service or in customer-facing roles.

  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Ability to solve problems through analytical and creative thinking.

  • Being a fast learner and identify patterns which could indicate a wider problem.

  • Demonstrates integrity in all actions and decisions.

  • Collaborative and an excellent team player.

Good to have
  • Experience working on digital products and services, especially a video-on-demand streaming service.

  • Experience working in the media/entertainment industry.

  • Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.

  • Technical experience in troubleshooting technical issues on various devices
