Processing orders from A to Z (stock control, prices, order management, delivery follow-up, invoicing etc) Arrange customer transportation (from Korea, Antwerp or Houston) Payment/credit control Office management Additional duties and projects as assigned by the Manager Job Requirement: Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree in Business Administration or related discipline Professional with minimum 5 years of Customer Service and order processing experience, preferably in similar industry Knowledge of import / export and L/C negotiation required Ability to effectively manage customer base, have direct contact with customer and/or sales offices alike Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
