Responsibilities:
  • To serve as the main POC for Medix customers from Thailand and to answer incoming calls
  • To support with translation from English to Thai (and vice-versa) on calls, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
  • The call center representatives are also expected to support the nurses and medical staff with administrative tasks, and also provide translations between English and Thai is a must.
  • We are looking for empathic and professional people to serve as the first line of contact for our customers.
