Responsibilities:

To serve as the main POC for Medix customers from Thailand and to answer incoming calls
To support with translation from English to Thai (and vice-versa) on calls, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
The call center representatives are also expected to support the nurses and medical staff with administrative tasks, and also provide translations between English and Thai is a must.
