Our client, a service provider in the Oil industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their company in Singapore.

  • Resolution of day-to-day business and customer needs
  • Detail tracking of all orders and issues
  • Handling all aspects of customer services (handling potential claims, solving problems, helping with technical and commercial queries)
  • Order taking/order handling. Processing orders from A to Z (stock control, prices, order management, delivery follow-up, invoicing etc)
  • Arrange customer transportation (from overseas and Singapore)
  • Payment/credit control

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Professional with minimum 5 years of Customer Service and order processing
  • experience, preferably in similar industry
  • Knowledge of import / export and L/C negotiation required
  • Ability to effectively manage customer base, have direct contact with customer and sales offices alike
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • A reliable, organized and meticulous team player with a positive mindset
  • Ability to multi task and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications

Work Location: Raffles City MRT area (5-day week) Salary: $4,000 to $4,500 per month
