Job Purpose:
You will be an integral member of Bulgari Logistics and Customer Service team supporting the Asia Pacific region representing our prestigious brand name. The incumbent will play an important role to provide premium service and navigating effective and timely support to our stores as well as business partners within the region. Establishing a strong relationship and a good understanding of each market segments needs are vital attributes to the success of this role. This position will be based in the Bulgari Singapore office, reporting to the regional Customer Service Manager.
About the JOB
In this role your duties will include:

  • Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries promptly and providing information on product availability, expected delivery dates, order status, and general product information.
  • Processing Orders: Managing the entire order process from entry to shipment, meeting KPIs. This includes order entry, maximizing fulfillment rates, and ensuring a smooth delivery process.
  • Inventory Management: Tracking target stock levels (TSL), anticipating potential stockouts, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Arranging deliveries, tracking shipments and handling any logistical issues such as missed shipments or delivery delays. Managing reverse logistics for returns and claims.
  • Invoicing: Ensuring orders are correctly invoiced and issued timely.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on open orders, TSL coverage etc.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in B2B role, handling feedback and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (sales, merchandising, logistics, supply chain, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Systems and Tools: Utilizing SAP/HANA and MS Office proficiently for all tasks
Profile
About YOU:
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • Minimum Diploma preferably in Logistic/Supply Chain/Business Administration
  • Knowledge of the order management procedures
  • Knowledge of the main product category, geographical areas, distribution channels
  • Knowledge of KPI calculation and reporting
  • IT applications (SAP/Hana, MS Office)
  • Minimum 5 years in Customer Service field
