  • Support Customer Event Manager in managing day to day activities for customers engines within the Asia Pacific region, all P&WC and APU/APS engine models. Primarily on PW100, APU and other SEA activities.
  • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are effectively communicated to the respective department within P&WC for induction to the shop. Supports remote event manager in coordinating information flow via weekly calls, TASK LOG system etc.
  • Work with respective Customer Event Manager and various department (Sales, Program, Leasco, Shop) to meet to customer requirement, evaluate alternatives and develop solutions to support customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
  • Provide accurate, timely status reports and ensure excellent communication with internal and external customers on all matters.
  • Ensure that all customer queries are addressed and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the various internal stakeholders in regards to engine flow/processes and liaise with shop and Customer Event Manager for follow up actions.
  • Assist Customer Event Manager to manage engine removal schedule/CRM update, manage ROCS KPI and maintain/update Sharepoint site for document sharing. Work closely with vendors.
  • Manage fuel nozzles, internal customer and other miscellaneous customer orders.
  • Usage of tools such as SAP, CRM, WSF and SharePoint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the region.
  • Participate in cost reduction initiatives and/or other strategic initiative projects.
  • Participate in process improvements activities, ACE activities.
  • Work in accordance with accepted safe and environmental practices.
  • Report unsafe conditions and practices.
  • Make safety suggestions.
  • Conduct workplace EH&S inspections.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by ROCS/Leasco leadership team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years work experience in relevant aerospace industry preferred
  • Diploma in Engineering or a Marketing (sales and services) discipline is preferred.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics experience on international shipments and warehousing management will be an advantage (for rental deployment).
  • This role will be working alongside with Hindi, Chinese, and/or Bahasa stakeholders. The ability to speak & write an additional Asian language such as Hindi, Chinese, and/or Bahasa is a plus.
  • Possess a mature disposition, keen business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team.
  • Able to work independently at times and support off hours urgent customers request.
  • Possess analytical mindset to assess customer requirement opportunities effectively, effectively build long-term business relationships with key customers using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
