. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional support across all service touchpoints. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, new business acquisition, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the company's service standards.
Key Responsibilities

New business acquisition (throught product and service)
Attend to customer enquiries via phone, appointment and walk-ins
Provide accurate information on products, services, and delivery timelines
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Ensure timely updates to customers on order statuses and service progress
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Result orientated
1-2 years of customer service experience (retail, call centre, hospitality, or office setting) welcome
Good spoken and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
