Job Description


  • Working hours : Monday - Friday - 8.30am to 6pm
/ Alternative Sat : 8.30am to 1pm * Location: Ubi MRT nearby

Job Responsibilities:

1) Customer Communication and Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries & sales related queries via various channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.) during scheduled hours.
  • Amending orders for customer requests, ensuring accurate ,including delivery times and all related concerns in timely fullfilled.
  • Prepare quotations to customers.
2) Order Tracking and Delivery Management
  • Respond to customer queries about order status, and resolve delivery address discrepancies (e.g. missing unit numbers).
3) Monitor payment from customer.

4) Post-Delivery Support and Issue Resolution
  • Follow up with customers after delivery, collect feedback for improvement, ask for website reviews
  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly (e.g. missing items or quality concerns)
