-"O/A Levels/Diploma -PC knowledge in Word/Excel/ Email / Vlookup/ Pivot Table / Spreadsheet Report. -Good SALES PERSON skills in the SERVICE sectors and able to communicate with all levels. -PC Literate -9am to 6pm; 9am to 1pm / 5.5 days - Mon to Sat. -S * / Requirement

-Staff transport pick-up at ANG MO KIO / YIO CHU KANG MRTs to office building
-Dealing with English & Mandarin speaking Customers
-NO QUOTA FOR WORK PERMIT/ WORK PASS WORKERS
-Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiate deals/close deals, and handle complaints or objections on Tenancy or Lease issues.
-Actively sSeek out new sales opportunities through Cold Calling, Networking and Social Media on our Business Rental Services.
Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities
To generate Sales Reports
